If the messaging was "you should not self medicate with veterinary formula drugs", that would have been fine. That's not what it was. There was never any mention of "consult with your physician" in conjunction with ivermectin and Covid.
There were no vaccines available to the general public for nearly a full year of the pandemic. There was no standard of care for early treatment and to prevent hospitalizations due to Covid in that time period either. Furthermore, the vaccines did not prevent contracting or transmitting Covid.
The vaccines did not slow the spread of Covid. Some credit the vaccines with reducing hospitalizations and deaths, but I am pretty certain that it was the mutation of the virus that rendered more easily spread and more mild in nature the reduced hospitalizations and deaths. This is a natural progression in virus mutations as killing the host impedes a virus from promulgating and viruses typically mutate to survive. This is illustrated by the progression of the Spanish flu virus, which is still with us over 100 years after that pandemic.

I'm thinking you didnt read a fucking word I wrote. The only television personality I mentioned was that fucking irresponsible quack on CNN, Sanjay Gupta. While Ivermectin can be used to de-worm horses, it is absolutely safe for humans and you know that, cocksucker. As for its effectiveness in treating Covid in conjunction with other medications, we'll never know one way or another as it hasn't been studied and never will be, leaving only unreliable anecdotal testimony.

I haven't watched much television lately but when I did, they were always running advertisements for prescription meds. My doctor told me he is sick of his patients telling him what meds they should be on. Anyone that doesn't think pharmaceutical companies greatly influence media coverage of health issues is hopelessly naive.
