PA Democrat confesses to intent to murder. Shoots person point blank in the head.

So the Democrats lied?

“They left. I had the clip in my gun. Nick came into my room, Witherspoon explained. “I said, ‘You know, Nick, I can blow your head off.’ He said, ‘Go ahead.’ And I did. I shot him in the head point-blank. This close (pointing at his head).” He literally says it in the video.

Uh huh. And the guy lived with minor injuries.

While Witherspoon simply said he shot a man in the head, the article goes into much more detail, stating, “The bullet entered the face at the left cheekbone, crossed behind the nose passage, and lodged behind the right cheekbone. It was thought that it did not strike any area of the brain, and the youth was able to talk to both doctors and investigating officers.”

Much like Witherspoon’s recount at Wednesday’s meeting, the article also mentioned his singular night in jail, this time with added details about the incident, such as how two young children found the gun outside of the hotel following the incident, along with where the gun was purchased.

The biggest difference between the two tales is how exactly the shooting transpired.

At Wednesday night’s meeting, Witherspoon spoke as if the shooting was intentional.

“I said, ‘You know, Nick, I can blow your head off.’ He said, ‘Go ahead.’ And I did. I shot him in the head point-blank. This close,” said Witherspoon.

The article, however, claims that the incident was an accident.

“Sheriff Steve Warrick, before midnight, obtained a witnessed statement from Deligianis saying there was no trouble between the youths and they had simply been ‘playing with the guns’ when the one discharged,” the article states.

The fact is the guy didn't die. So your claim about murder is false. I'd delete the post if you don't want to be sued for libel.

The only established lie here is yours, and that trash article you posted.
Nice. So we agree the article talked about murder, which your democrat ilk said, but that was false (typical liberal liar), he only shot a guy in the head and faced zero consequences. Got it. 👍

Nope. The council man never said he killed anyone. You inferred that.
You may want to think twice before trusting trash like The Gateway Pundit. Bye now. (Name seems appropriate)

Yeah, “blowing someone’s head off at point blank” infers murder. 100%. Got away with shooting someone point blank in the head. Of course he wasn’t trying to kill him right? 🤣

WGAL channel 8 news and Yahoo also ran the story. Here is a transcript.

"I can blow your head off" then "I shot him in the head". He never said he killed him.
All this to avoid admitting you were wrong? Hey man we all get things wrong from time to time.

It’s so fun watching you try to justify someone shooting someone in the head, at point blank range and not being held accountable. The story the Democrat infers is a murder. I don’t not know if GP, Yahoo or WGAL reported the wrong thing. The Democrat admits to shooting someone in the head at point blank range, which typically infers the victim died.
