Yeah, I have that DVD (Making of Powerstation) and i was surprised when that part came up. Although, in hindsight, I should have known. I guess Bernie was producing the band, so it's not uncommon for the producer to play certain parts, just to complete the musical thought.

It's also not so well known that the solo for "Hard To Handle" by the Black Crowes was not played by either of their guitarists. . .producer Brenden Obrien played it.

No way? Wow... I never knew that. And there I have been all these years bigging up Robinson for that!


On another note... Bernard is THE DAWG!
