You’re not looking for condolences it I’ll still say I’m sorry…
He made his own bumper stickers, most of which were misspelled. That was always a hoot. Prevint road rage, stop the killing, use your blinker. Shit like that. On the other hand the dude was a great plumber. And he was a true artist with tile. He was one of those dudes who never wanted to pay for stuff he figured he could do himself. Like service his septic system. Or in a recent example, since he never told his kid or wife how to do any of the shit he jury rigged, last Sunday while he was in a medically induced coma I had to go to his house and open up the box for the last pump in that system that pushes the liquid out into the drain field and figure out how he bypassed the broken timer that normally triggered that job. I mean it's a little timer, how expensive could it be ? I can tell you one thing, it was more expensive than bypassing the timer, cutting the wire and hooking a female plug on one side and a male on the other and then going out there and plugging it in for an hour every Sunday. His wife and kid walked around the house for a half hour trying to find where he kept the cat food so they could feed the cat. Yesterday afternoon back at their house after the hospital incident she had me and his brother looking around in his little tool shop and we found about 15 little bags of weed in the stupidest places you can imagine. Inside a welding hood, in some empty DeWalt cases. All over. And it's not like she cared if he got high, she gets high and has her own weed. He was just a goofy dude.Tell us something cool or funny he did so his spirit can live on in all of us.
