What are these speakers? I've heard most Vai C412 cabs came with V30's, and supposedly the original run came with Greenbacks (?), but what are these?

You’d need to see the magnets on the back of the speakers to know for sure.

I will say my stock V30 Legacy cab had black gaskets (bought it brand new direct from Carvin) so i’d be inclined to say those are either greenbacks or something else

Check the jack plate on the back - it should show the wattage (240 watts for V30 cab)

Though of course that doesn’t mean the speakers weren’t changed at some point

Large dustcaps. Probably some kind of Eminence OEM’s or possibly G12-T75’s.

Isn't that a V3 cab?,,,,,, not a Vai cab.

The speakers are someone's chop job lol.

More probable to check for any EIA codes, but many times seeing the frame, magnet, sometimes cone will provide most clues. My money is on either a Celestion or Eminence.

Yeah I just meant there will likely be a label on the back of the magnet saying exactly what they are

Suppose so. Might need a mechanics mirror as well.
Yeah if it's something weird you don't automatically recognize. I'm usually just confirming their stock with most cabs, so I already know what the label looks like.
