I would buy a HUGE plot of forested land, a strong camping hammock, and a fleet of ATVs. I would party for the rest of my life, only venturing into town weekly to stockpile pizza and beer.

I guess a guitar or two couldn't hurt either.

I'd then like to have some 4 wheelers, a stocked lake for fishing, some jet skis, plenty of food plots to grow big whitetail deer, lots of tree stand locations for bow and gun hunting, and a separate 'man cave' garage-like studio with a bar, pool table, running water, toilet, some flat screens, and tons of amps and guitars....need I go on??

Something I always wanted to do was to open up a bar/club for live music in my hometown as there aren't many places to play and that's missing in that area. Since I would b rich I would only ask that the club breaks even. Nothing fancy or trendy, just a cool place to go drink and hear some music or play.
