Well you can write whatever you want. A book can only be banned if it is already accepted in to a library. Do you think your book would be acceptable?
There is no law disallowing schools and libraries from choosing what is newly accepted in to curriculums afaik

This law keeps butthurt people from taking stuff off the shelves that people have already been reading
