IMHO, the best album of the 80s.

Blasphemous, I don't care. I wore out two copies of this in the Alpine head unit I had in my old 1984 Ford Escort. Religion and Sex are Power Plays, Indeed!

 
For me it was a toss up between:

Back in Black
Screaming For Vengeance
Texas Flood
Master of Puppets

There was some GREAT music in the 80's man. :rock:
 
So many great songs. There were alums with just one or 2 killer cuts. A great decade for rock blues metal.

But there are those times when only some Zep will do. So many of those bands started in the late 70's or Han big influences from then too.

I thought "Hungry Like A Wolf" by Duran Duran was the best 80s. :confused: just kidding.
With their recent legal battle, don't think we'll ever gonna Geoff Tate fronting the band again.
 
Agreed Amazing , that and Empire .

Also agree on the Priest Screaming album.

I remember just sitting there and going Whoah what the hell are they doing.

Halford's voice IMO was never better .The last verse of Fever after the slow breakdown gives chills
 
Appetite for Destruction. Top to bottom there's no weakness. I love Queensryche, and actually like from Warning to Empire all better than GnR, but AfD is just a 900lb Gorilla.

"Rio" is a great pop album... just sayin' :D

I may be alone in this but I like the UYI records much better than AFD. Not 80s I realize, just saying.
 
I can't say that's a bad choice at all. Honorable mention goes to Master of Puppets, IMO.

I'll be right back, some dude in a car pulled up and told me I need to kill some Mary chick, and get the priest as well. Pretty random, if I do say so myself.
