It called the Fknob. It has several modes to adjust the settings (character and bias) of each circuit (Schottky, LED, Germanium, and Silicon), and navigate between them, save the current settings, and turn it on and off.

when you adjust the bias, or character, the LED color changes based on the setting level from low to high
