Is there a change in hot amps - Helios, Sm Box vs. Cameron?

I have been hearing some great tones out of the Small Box and Helios, they are readily available and built by reputable guys.

There have been quite a few used Cameron's up for sale, and even pretty cheap. I like the Cameron tones I have heard but don't want a gooped amp nobody can fix. I have yet to see anything on a new MC amp, as in a clip of an actual new amp.

Has the Cameron buzz been replaced?

I am pretty stoked about the new amps on the way. The Small Box had me convinced, but then I watched the owners manual YT vid Bogner did of the Helios. And then there is the Jerry Cantrell sig amp....

It is a good time to be a gear whore.

No, it's just that they aren't making any new cameron amps as far as brad owned cameron amps at least. I would buy an atomica if given the chance again.

Yeah...if CCVs were still being built I'd probably sell my BE and pick one up. I love Friedman but sometimes I just wish it were a bit tighter and more agressive.
