Is This Speaker Ruined?

Outside of some costly repair, I wonder if this speaker is toast? The end of the wire that connects to cone came loose. Is there an easy way to reattach this? I don't know if it is just somehow stuck to the outside of the cone or if it goes inside?

Is there a way to reasonably fix this or is it a paper weight?

P.S. I know I can solder the other end back to the terminal no problem, it is the end that goes to the cone that I'm worried about.

It would be really tricky to solder that wire back to the cone, IMO. But, you've got nothing to lose, as it's not going to work without it, and then it would need to be reconed anyway.

So, what the hell, if you're up for it, try it!
