This thread should have been deleted after the first post! It's nothing more than a fishing/trolling thread, posted for the purpose of creating havoc. It has been pointed out to Brad, but instead of deleting it, he replied; "I will watch it..." :scared:

Any forum is only as good as those who are running it... All I can say about Rig Talk, is that it is a virtual ghetto! There's no moderation, because those who own the Rig Talk forum obviously get-off on the chaos and dissension. How else can one explain the lack of moderation? A liberal paradise of controversy and hate.

Mike Himmel is right to disassociate himself with Rig Talk. When asked why he said that he never joined, he replied;
"I'm a professional musician... I can't be associated with people like that."

I've done by best to help people where I could, and hopefully it was worth the effort. Take care... TrueTone500 signing out! :salute:

You sir are a real piece of work. You take trolling to a whole new level . First you come on here and call us a bunch of liberal scum(I'm a conservative BTW,not thats its any of your business)
then you talk trash about the whole forum after which you run to Brad and cry to have the thread shut down because it doesn't conform to what you believe to be true . . Then you immediately come back in and call the forum trash again ans insult Brad by saying the forum has no moderation . Judging from your remarks ,anger and the way you take up for Billy I can only assume that you are either Bill Blades significant other ,employee or BB himself .
I know little or nothing about the "firebolt" except for my limited experience with it when it was brought to my house . But I can say that if you are affiliated with the amp or its maker that alone would be enough to turn me away from the amp .

Yes, but dirtysteve purchased a prototype amp. I've seen amps that look much worse than that... They sound great, and operate flawlessly.

You need to learn what is trolling, and what is not. Trolling was the intention of this thread by RT member "engage757". Defending a builder from unwarranted accusations of building amplifiers that electrocute people and catch fire is not.

Trolling:
Being a prick on the internet because you can. Typically unleashing cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by-stander, because it's the internet and, hey, you can!

Guy: "I just found the coolest ninja pencil in existence."
Other Guy: "I just found the most retarded thread in existence."

Mike Himmel joined Rig Talk, and it only 48 hours for him to realize the kind of liberal scum that frequent this place. The Rig Talk forum is becoming known as the worst gear related forum. It's getting that way, because of people like you and the guy who started this thread who insist on defaming others.

This thread needs to be deleted, and those who perpetuate this BS should be banned.

Mmmkay bye newbie.

Someone obviously isn;t familiar with many forums.

Im sorry to semi-necromance this thread but I stumbled across the Mike Himmel video on YouTube and I was smittened by the tone. I had never heard of this Firebolt amp before. I was picqued.

Well of course I started the due dilligence part of the gassing process and googling landed me on several threads on RG and marshall forums. When I saw the gut shots and realized how dangerous this brand is to buy I was immediately ungassing for a firebolt.

Last but not least the builder has severe character issues. His videos and posts are astonishingly alarming. Thank you RG for not letting me being smittened by one clip and then making a fool of myself....or burning my house down.
