Wouldn't a tele technically be a single cut?

I consider a single cut to be a Les Paul style set neck. A tele is a tele.

I would love a really sleek single cut in the same vein as the modern. If they do it i think it should be a suhr "modern" Single cut. Sweet cutaway and tummy cut with a 24 fret neck and elliptical profile. It would have to have a somewhat asymmetrical body as well.

Suhr is so successful with what they do now and have orders a year out. No need for them to do a singlecut. You can always ask Steve S if they plan on it but I doubt it highly. There's a lot of reasons not too. I find it impressive how Steve has stayed out of the public eye compared to John. I have to think he wants it that way.
