A band I love that lost members years ago and I thought broke up is releasing new material this year. This is the second time this has happened. First it was Neurosis, where the frontman was beating his wife and kids and got booted, only to drop their best album to date earlier this year. Now it's The Ocean Collective.
Most of the band quit a few months back, leading to their singer following them out the door. I guess Robin can be a pain to work with, because the band has had a few mass departures like this in it's history. Now they are back with two new vocalists, a dude and a chick. They released a new single today for an album coming out later this month.
How does that happen twice in one year to two of my favorite bands?!
