It's saturday morning do you know where your JAMES TYLER is?!?!

I’m suggesting you’ll achieve the same exact results with the Edwards you already own :hys:
My ES-A168 is the best playing and sounding guitar I've ever laid hands on (not that I've played that much stuff), made even better by the 57 classics I had installed. TBH I will never be able to get away from a good semi hollow ES with the style of music I play.

Yea for true blues I can’t even imagine you’d want to!

Not with those muddy ass Tyler pickups

I don't care for the mid boost circuit stuff, seems kind of redundant with all the nice pedals but I do like basic style and sound of the guitars, they are just too much money for me right now.

lol one day…one day you’ll get that Tyler of your dreams. All of rigvtalk will wait with bated breath for that review 😂😂😂

He is a man of refined tastes. Think PRS special reserve and amps with exhibition grade figured wood cabinetry. He also has an impressive collection of boots to go with his fancy guitar-amp rigs. I think he can appreciate a JAMES TYLER as much, or possibly more, than either of us.
I'm not really a James Tyler guy myself, but if that's all you can afford, then by all means purchase one.

Understood Smuggy. Bolt ons are kind of well....a little too blue collar next to a rack of private reserve PRS' and Murphy Labs. No doubt as a man of refined tastes you not only know this already but understand the financial dynamics of the lower bolt on classes quite well. Cheers.🍾🍾🍾

My two Tylers are gonna be 10 years old this year. Still in dead mint condition.
I remember buying my first Tyler from Eddie Birman at Indoor Storm. $1800 back then.
They are as good as a great Suhr or Anderson.
Each has their own voice.

Exhibition grade figured wood cabinetry + boot collection = JAMES TYLER WORLD!

Me too! Sorry for the somewhat misleading post. She's not mine, it's just that until today I didn't realize that they had actually produced a reverse headstock model. That was the guitar @Nashville Riff Co linked to me since he was claiming they had made one at one point and he somehow dredged that up on reverb. At my budget it would be an impossible struggle right now to afford one of their Chinese guitars since I figured after ten years it was time to install some walls in my home instead of buying more guitars, lol.
I would buy the guitar. I would go without walls and tell people it’s modeled after a hip and trendy loft and the walls aren’t supposed to be there.

Mmm… never heard of this brand before. Has anyone ever mentioned anything about the headstock…
To boil it down, it is basically the 70;s pimp cane of guitar headstocks and superior to all other strat headstock designs.

Can give the girls a good paddlin’ with it too!
No doubt. If they ever decide to do raised lettering that would leave quite a unique impression! If you get a quick release for the neck it can basically function as a defensive weapon during gig load outs in shady neighborhoods. No more having to hit dudes with your whole telecaster. Simple, lighweight, and effective.
