Works perfect, and very quiet...as far as unwanted noise goes   !!! Wow does this amp have balls!!! Now time to play with jumpering the channels, and adding a switch to cascade them. Then I might start doing a couple of mods, but I will wait a while for that so that I can just enjoy it as it for a month or so first.

Specs
6V6/EL84 switch, Tube rectifier, sozo caps, carbon comp resistors, Heyboer transformers. There are no second rate parts in these amps!!!

Thanks, I am quite proud of it.

I am thinking about recording some clips this weekend if I can find my mics, they might be packed up. There are a few clips of the Trinity amps, but most of them are blues clips. I tried to find some hard rock clips before ordering, but there was nothing.

Very cool! Definitely something I plan to do at some point.

Nice work man, I'd love to do that same kit
Clips!!

I did and still own my trinity sIII 18 watt 1x12 combo that I did back in 06 I believe. I added a gain boost switch that adds a little extra gain. I originally had nos tubes all around in it. It still has the nos sylvania ez81 rectifier. I may try to update it to one of the newer versions they have added since or maybe a cascade mod.

Glad you finished it and you dig it! We'd all appreciate clips if you can. I know I wanna hear it.

I found out hat my mica, and cables are all packed away so I won't be able to do any recordings, plus I am going to add a bit more gain, and low end, and tame the high end a bit before I will be 100% satisfied with this amp.

I might try to get something reasonable recorded with my iphone, but those vids don't usually represent what an amp really sounds like.

Yesterday I did some mods, boosted the gain, and low end quite a bit. I am going to add a choke to the power supply, and do a couple more mods, and maybe add some feedback in the power amp. This amp is really starting to rock!!

Unfortunately last night I cut my finger, and burnt my hand pretty good so I won't be able to play for at least a week, so I will have to wait on those mods so that I can play it for a bit, make a change, then play it right after so that I can really tell what the difference is. That is the only real way to tweak an amp IMO.

Congratulations...I would love to do one of these builds.
