I would love to go to the St. Louis show but not sure if I can. For those that can get to one of the shows I say go for it. Metallica is still one of the best live shows around today. Just sound amazing!

LOL! Dude in the nine years of living in Hawaii I was always praying a big band would come thru. In the 90s, Van Halen played the Blaisdell Arena and it was like the planets aligned.![]()

The only plus to a Hawaii concert is seeing some acts known for large venues play in super tiny clubs. Saw Slayer and Testament last year in a club that can only hold 200-300 people... Small stage like a high school talent show or something lol... Here is a vid I took for those curious on what a Hawaii concert is like
The saddest part about the Metallica thing is that Kirk Hammet lives here now full time with his wife and kids in Waiamanalo... you'd figure he throw us a bone or something![]()

Too funny... my buddy ran into him at Dan's and he said hi and stuck his hand out to shake, Kirk kind of jerked away and looked at his hand like "uh"... and he ended up making a fist to fist bump instead... My friend said it was pretty awkward.
