Just got my Metallica tix. Who's going?

That show was fucking epic! I was there as well maybe 50 feet back from the stage. The lightning delay sucked. I thought the tone was great, but that's very subjective. For 50 plus year old guys they seemed to be at the top of their game and loving what they're doing these days.

I was at the Denver show as well. I went from upper bowl across the field , to the main level at the 30 yard line , to the snake pit. The only place I felt like the tone was lacking was right up front. Sounded huge through the PA everywhere else. This was my 18th time seeing them and I thought it was a great show. Definitely the best stadium sound I have ever heard. I think they really missed the mark with the opening acts though.

Dude , I painted Kirk's house in Waimanalo. It was like in the contract with my boss that we were not to talk to Kirk about Metallica. So I literally had to talk to Kirk and not mention the band at all. lol

You should have asked him about Exodus then.

Absolutely killer show. Killer tone, amazing energy. Well done tallica, guys still got it.
They def are looking their age now, but shit they rock. Avenged 7x was great also, damn their guitarists are insane. Synester Gates is one hell of a shredder and lead player, dude is amazing!
