Just plugged it in at sub hearing volume, just to have it run and make sure it has output, it does

Full option galore, even has that infamous VH switch, witch by what i hear, gives it a more refined and tight bass response, very cool for me. i love tight bASS... In the female figure of course, this is a brown eye i just bought damn it!!!!!!!LOL Gotta make bASS jokes about it.

Can`t wait ot crank her up tomorrow as everyone`s sound asleep over here, i`m way to excited to sleep. Got a bit to much Triple Sec intoxication anyways, gotta wear it off before bed time.

I wanna try this thing with the band on Sunday, we`ll kick a couple old VH tunes before going into the drop B Parkway Drive madness were used to.

Enjoy the pics.

Oh did i mention that this amp smells damn fine?

I`m sick.....I think....

I love NAD`s.

Aaargh, don't drop-b anything! just rock ;)
Sexy thing, this isn't at all good for my gas

Someone brought one of those over to my place recently, to compare and check out my amps. It was nice to finally get up close and personal to one. Is that a new one, or did you just get it used?

Brand spankin` new.

just played it for a couple minutes before going to work, at low volumes, and god damn, i just love the vintage Marshall vibe combined with the Friedman modded flair it has. I like the way the high strings react and feel under my fingers, has that VH treble crispness, i love it. I need to fiddle with all the options and really dig in this thing.

Should be getting my triple Peters soon, i got the same one as you ordered coming. Halo/Vega/FSM. I wanted to ask you how do you compare the FSM and Gryphon? Does the FSM have any resemblance to the Gryphon? I just love the feel and aggressiveness of my Gryphon, i hope the FSM can get those tones and more. I was maybe thinking of selling my Gryphon if the FSM covers all of it`s grounds. If not, i`m keeping it. I can`t live without that mid bark growl of the Gryphon.

By the way, how did you like the BE?

I am probably getting the IPU or GNL, or whatever he's calling it now. It's a variant of the FSM. More in between the Gryphon and FSM. The FSM is kinda like a Gryphon with a boost. It will not have quite the same amount of classic response and feel as the Gryphon. It's harder sounding. More up front and focused. More of what you get when you turn the Damping control on the Gryphon up high.

It was ok. Kind of what I was expecting. It worked and sounded like a modded JCM800 with a switch for Jose style diode clipping(which also dropped the volume quite a bit). I much prefer the Peters Vega, personally. The Gryphon too, for that matter. But the Vega is a bit more of an even comparison.
Personal preference and all that. The dude that brought it here ordered a Peters Triple Channel the next day and said he's going to sell his BE100, so I guess he agreed with me.
I can certainly see why many people love the BE100. I hope it ends up working out for you. And Happy New Amp Day!

nice amp but I cant stop looking at the metallica poster above it because I had that in my room 25 yrs ago.. Flashback bigtime ..

I just need to ask one question to that comment though.....Why is it not there anymore :aww:

Don`t ever let go of those things, especially if your still into music and play guitar, i`ve had that poster for over 25 years, i will never, ever, get rid of my posters. I`m 40 and i `ve been collecting these since i was 12. This is my man cave and let me tell you that sure feels like one too,LOL.

It`a fuckin` trip jamming with all those musicians around on my walls.

What the hell, IPU??? I didn`t know he had newer channel designs

I khew about the qualities of the FSM, and good to know about the Damping comment, cause i run it quite high. Especially in drop tunings, it gets TIGHT up there...LOL

I`ll have to give James a twirl about this.........

:D

Thanks for the heads up man.

I am a guitarist and have big plans on having my space with the same layout surrounding me for inspiration. It was when I was living at home with my parents and I guess it just got lost with everything else... still in my heart though.

Well i hope you can keep track of your music things cause it`s part of you, it can`t be lost. You will regret it someday.

All my high school friends are lost in there music, ahhhh, i`m too drunk to make some sense, boys just left, we had a trip with the new 80" screen, youtube can be addictive. We watched 80`s clips all night.

Check the big screen:

OK, i`m a bit to much intoxicated tonight but i played the amp for 3 hours strait this afternoon, this thing is a keeper. Been playing drop metal for quite some years and this afternoon i cranked the BE and got some awesome 80`s metal tones.Played some AC/DC,Maiden,VH,Ozzy....You name it, this amp is made for that.

Gotta go to bed, buy let me tell you, this thing is thick, tight and grindy. I definately love this amp.

Thanks Dave.

The thing is huge, just got it last Thursday, i love the thing. I played to some Ozzy, the Tribute songs and god damn i nails Randy`s tone on that album perfectly. Witch is also my favorite guitar tone of all time. That and Eddies of course.

LOL

The best thing is that i don`t have neighbors. I got an 8 acres lot on the waterfront. I can crank that BE all day if i want, no whiners around to say a word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of witch, i`m going there right now. I love this amp. Yesterday
