Yeah big difference indeed - not bad for an iphone on the CCV. You must have just listened to some Def Leppard, thats a ton of slapback![]()
Just curious, which speakers do you have in your cab? Love the tones and playing!jcj":1738gxrb said:BTW....Huge difference in volume.... the ones you posted were with a Q3....the other was with an iPhone, and had delay![]()

SLO is a legend. Surely, tone is subjective, but it is one of those amps EVERY guitarist should hear at least once in their lives. Guaranteed WOW effect!

Absolutely. All amps need to be mated with the correct cab and speaker; SLO is no different.captainnice":12k6ofb9 said:Iceman8.6":12k6ofb9 said:This amp is a buzzy fizzy nasty mess with the master overdrive output knob turned way down but sounds amazing as it gets louder.

They're using the initials-
Super
Lead
Overdrive
So it would be "an" S.L.O
I say it like the opposite of fast, so I just type "a".![]()

I am always aware of this when I type. Though I'm sure I jack it up time and again. It is incorrect to say "an" SLO. Even if it is an acronym. You wouldn't say I want "an" DSL. I think it is just the way it flows linguistically. Same reason people say "where you at?" instead of "where are you?". Simply bad English.
Or maybe the amazing is implied. "I want an (amazing) SLO.![]()
Depends. The letter "S" begins with a vowel sound, as opposed to the letter "D". You would, for example, say "an A.C.L. injury" the same way you could say "an S.L.O.". However, I pronounce it "slow" so I'd say "a SLO".Shark Diver":rxqlbg2l said:jcj":rxqlbg2l said:BrokenFusion":rxqlbg2l said:Why do people say "an Slo" instead of "a Slo"? Please enlighten me.
