Exceptionally high praise and terrifying all in the same sentence!

James, that is just an amazing transformation! You're helping motivate me to lose a few and get back in shape so appreciate that. Look forward to seeing around R-T again.

Nicely done man. I went through it a few years ago. Got up to 326 lbs. Took a year and a half but los 135 of those lbs. It is NOT easy and KEEPING it off is harder IMHO. Struggling with gaining back 20 since the holidays.

Anyway, glad you are back to playing.

Yeah Steve, that's The Khed in all his glory! LOL! Also, the guy I am singing karaoke with (bearded guy) is my buddy Zak, son of Harry Nilsson. Incredible musician!

Ah, I see... Looking forward to hearing his drumming very soon... :poke:

Congrats James. I'm going through a similar phase 265 down to 209 in les than 6 months by running and going vegan. I'm not the stereotypical ethical vegan, simply a selfish don't want to dye type. I've ran 2 half marathons (no walking) in the past 30 days and feel 20 years younger. I'm 44 and have 2 young kids and lost my brother last year to heart failure. Literally scared the shit out of me and kicked me in the ass. So many unexpected benefits to the significant weight loss. Keep it up and well done!

Holy shit man!

I went through a VERY similar thing. I am 42 now. Lost my dad when he was 55 and my brother when he was 40. Was a HUGE wake up call. Good on you man! I tell you, one of the hardest things for me has been NOT having people to relate to that have gone through something sillier with significant weight loss. Nice to know there are folks here that can relate.

Bro that is impressive, well done!

You guys are inspiring me to get my fat ass in gear.

Been seeing your facebook posts. Congrats on the weight loss  Major Achievement.

Man some of you guys have gotten after it too. It's really cool to regain your health and start looking and feeling better. Kudos.

Yeah, I have to pile on here and say CONGRATS! It's very tough to lose the weight and equally hard or harder to keep it off.

Great job all!!!
