Nice. I love the black/grey color on PRS. Here's an "Artist" I used to have. Kinda hard to see the top's detail due to the photo.

That definitely is unique. I like it. Congratulations!!

I've had my 10 top PRS in my avatar for years now. 2001 or 2002 model. It's been a great guitar and still is one of my favorites. I've played the hell out of it.

That's a killer top too

A friend of mine has 2 PRS guitars, only recently got the 2nd. He keeps saying he'll eventually get a nice LP blah blah blah. As if to impress me because I don't care for PRSs. I think they're really well made and clearly some *beautiful* guitars, just not my thing. But I've told him repeatedly, why do you care what I think? It's your guitar, play what you like. 100% irrelevant what I like for me, really. No question they produce some top quality stuff

Awesome!
One of the more unique tops I've ever seen
Tell me about those pups??

I think they're called 53/10's. From some of what I read they're supposed to be a little glassier than a regular HB, but they're not bad. I was contemplating putting a set of BKP in them, but the wiring looks complicated and I'd have to order the BKP set with a flipped magnet in the neck (to match the PRS polarity).

I played this P22 into my JJ the other day and it sounded so good, I think my gas to put new pickups in was abated...for now.
I'd give 'em a chance for a bit, I found some combo's I really liked and put them in one of my McCarty's and my Eagle, but I kinda wished I had left the stock pups in the Eagle just to mix it up a bit. They were actually really good. RP's I think, the neck RP was amazing. The bridge RP did not seem hot enough at the time, but it had a really sweet midrange that I wish I had back a few years later. I traded it for something else

That figuring looks like a voluptuous lady's lady-parts and I'm very firm for that.
