keep getting a message the forum is running a script

I keep getting a message that the forum is running a script and keeps hanging up. anyone know a fix?

I agree, the site's been running slow for a while now. I can't do anything until the ad at the top of the page is done loading.

yup, i get the samething on my windows 7 work pc. It seems to only do it on the main board index page. I am using my macbook pro right now with no problems.

It's the new Windows JAVA and the Flash plugin from YouTube. I updated JAVA to the x64 version of version 7 update 25 and it doesn't seem to be occurring much any more. Will keep all posted if I find an actual fix.

Sounded vaild; did the same. Still hanging up on Windows 7 for me.

Which browser are you guys using?

It may also be specific to the US, because I haven't had any problems at all with the site in the last few days.

Happening to me in Canada, using Windows XP.

No issues when I use my MacBook Pro though.

Using Windows 7 it does it; doesn't do it on my iPhone or Mac though...wonder if its IE.

happens as well from both computers at work, using XP. only on the main forum page, the actual subforum is fine.

Happens in all browsers for me any time I have YT or any site with embedded JAVA or Flash open.

No issues for me on Chrome although I did a couple of months back. Chrome stops responding here or there is all.

If you are still getting ads in 2013 you deserve them.


OP-there is an add on for Google called script no I used it for a while, didn't seem to need it although it may help your problem.
