Has anybody tried the new kiesel Allan holdsworth guitar ? Am kinda infatuated by it...but have heard the carbon era or keisel plays like plastic ? Anybody may want to have a say over the guitar ? Does it play well like a Japanese made ibanez ?

I was at their shop in San Diego last year and played the whole line, minus the JB. The Holdsworth was the best of the bunch, followed by the Aries.

I haven't played the new Kiesel Holdsworth models, but I had a Carvin Holdsworth model, which I think is pretty much the same thing.

It was a super high quality, great sounding guitar, but the neck dimensions, body style & balance were hard to get used to for me, so I sent it back & bought an ST300.

no. it hadn't come out yet. The week I went down, was when the Aries 6 was first introduced.
