So my KS JMP just back from the bench. Had my tech check for bias drift and it was low.
Was in the 30's ma each side, he biases in pairs.
Bias is now 66 ma per side with a healthy blue glow.
Plate voltage 440. I asked him to bias for max tewb life.
Amp has come Alive ...
Running NOS Amperex 7025's in V-1 thru V-3, V-4 is a I63 Blackburn Mullard.
EL-34's are 5 years old =C='s.
I had an audition and offer with a local band to record and go on the road, younger guys but I have duties & responsibilities here.
I had to turn it down but it was a nice offer.
Looking for something local.
For the S. Cowells in the audience I know my timings off in the clips.
Going for amp effect not studio perfection.
