Got this a year ago for a W/D rig, in which it's worked flawlessly (more on that later) but I'm scaling back down to amplifier FX loops for my needs
Works perfectly, no issues. JJ 6L6 x 4 power tubes + JJ 12ax7 phase inverter tube
Back panel has a nifty little factory done custom feature: An adjustable, padded down input that can accept speaker level signals for slaving purposes, integration into Wet / Dry / etc rigs, and on. Please note this does NOT provide a load to the host amplifier, as that still needs to be connected to a proper, matched impedance speaker cabinet or dedicated load device as usual (e.g. Suhr Reactive Load, etc). This feature simply allows the KSR power amp rear input to deal with the output of another amp (which again, must be connected to its own cab or load device). Using this method is extremely transparent and doesn't 'load down' the tone or feel of the host amp. Front panel input and KSR FX loop in/outs have not been altered.
