Point out something glaringly stupid in the article, his left hand was "clean" because he was supposed to have had it on the barrel closest to his face. They seem to overlook he was a lefty as we all know.

The other "facts" are circumstantial at best, if you ever fired a gun inside a room the shell or casing can end up anywhere also remember he was a bad drug addict so his opioid tolerance was high. A opioid tolerant person can consume a large amount of opioids compared to a non tolerant person. So yes the levels in his blood could of killed you or me but someone that was using IV drugs daily for months or years would barely affect them.

This is not wrong at all, none of it. I've known a few heroine addicts.

Unfortunately the fact is nothing will probably ever come of this. I do and have always thought there was some foul play involved but I dont think anyone will ever know.

Suicide...Plain and simple. Cali and Rene (both lived at the home and have been named as potential murder conspirators) are very close friends of mine. In reality Kurt attempted suicide privately several times and was narrowly revived. He was bound to get it done eventually. He suffered from chronic pain, clinical depression and was a voracious junkie. Combine all this with having to deal with a cluster B personality (Courtney) on a daily basis...Bad combination. Sad but true.

Let me rephrase that, since I didn’t mean to sound like a dick. You can be a 20’year heroin addict and that doesn’t mean you can do a massive amount of heroin because your tolerance is high. Shooting heroin is not like prescription pills.

Thank you and from what I heard there was and still is shady shit going on behind the scenes with Kurt, his estate and what remains of his gear. I don't think we will ever know the true depth of it but it plain and simply was a suicide.

Just throwing this out there for an explanation on the ejected shell location. The orientation of the shotgun isn't being taken into account; right-side up vs upside down. Depending on which way it was held would determine the direction the ejection chamber was facing and which direction the shell went.

I’m not going into my experience with heroin or dead junkies who were related to me, but all you have to do is look at a few well publicized overdose deaths to see that, Layne Staley for example, overdosed on less smack than Cobsin had in him. It’s not physically possible to have that amount of heroin in you and you just walk around like it’s nothing dude.

I’m going by how the shotgun was found, the shell was found and what the original investigators concluded.
