That appears to be a Browning Bar MK1. Quite different from the shotgun used on Cobain.Ok

Who’s the idiot? Speaking of which just because you may have ran with some low level junkies hustling nickel bags in your irrelevant podunk town doesn’t make you an authority on Heroin.
If you would like I can post medical articles that are unbiased and peer reviewed showing that the LD50 of morphine per liter can vary greatly due to tolerance especially that of a heavy user. Like I said it’s like arguing with a flat earther at this point or a Sovereign Citizen so why bother?
Well he could have shown the action on the other side in the pic, but I guess that wasn't relevant. He probably got that BAR from JMB's great grandson, who is a personal friend of his though. lolThat appears to be a Browning Bar MK1. Quite different from the shotgun used on Cobain.
Staley died from a speed ball. He mixed cocaine with heroin. It’s in the autopsy that’s a very dangerous mix. Cobain wasn’t doing Belush’s or speed balls. Most heroin overdoses are due to poly drug abuse not heroin by itself. I can post an article but why bother.Nah, you're just an idiot. You have no idea what kind of town I live in or what my experience with heroin is. And you're going to have to do better than that picture. It looks nothing like an A5 and most likely has almost nothing in common with an A5. Based on the picture it looks to me to be a BAR.
Now tell me how this rifle has fuck all to do with Cobain's shotgun or any of the evidence regarding the location of the empty hull ?
And tell me how your peer reviewed bullshit can explain a junkie like Staley, certainly with a high tolerance for heroin, was killed by less heroin than Cobain had in his body when he died. And more importantly how it would explain Cobain's apparent super human powers to be able to not only function, but to utilize fine motor skills, under the influence of that amount of heroin. Dumbfuck.
So you could by that logic substitute a 1911 since it is a JMB designed semi auto. lolStaley died from a speed ball. He mixed cocaine with heroin. It’s in the autopsy that’s a very dangerous mix. I said I had a semi auto JMB design in .243 and the action is very similar to the Auto 5 I have shotz You’re right it’s a BAR not an Auto 5 my mistake I used the wrong nomenclature when describing my rifle.
As for forensic analysis all an empty shell casing can show you is the general vicinity of the shooter. Like I said I shoot rifles and shotguns of all kinds shapes and calibers. Semiautomatic firearms can throw shell casing in strange places.
I have a couple. They are nice rifles.I used to have a Bar. Nice rifles. It would be orders of magnitude easier to off yourself with one of those than that long ass external choke tube Remington. Especially high as a giraffe's ass.
Yeah, Auto 5 has the reciprocating barrel I was thinking of another semi auto action when I posted that with non reciprocating barrel, I was thinking of the Benalli semi auto. Which also shoots shell casings crazy far.So you could by that logic substitute a 1911 since it is a JMB designed semi auto. lol
And actually this is what you said. "There is literally a rifle in .243 Browing Auto 5, the same action as the model 11 nearby."
And the actions are not only not very similar, they are entirely different.
Sorry dude, you clearly have no clue. It's not an incorrect nomenclature thing. lol

Allegedly he used his thumb. IMO the orientation of the gun is the only thing that could explain the location of the empty hull, but again the investigators concluded the orientation and the use of his thumb in the original investigation, which raised those questions in the first place. Could be lazy police work.Kurt Cobaine was 5'9" so assuming suicide he probably had to use a toe to pull the trigger in which case it is possible the gun was upside down as well which could explain shell casing placement. I always thought it was suspicious when I saw the gun he used but will assume suicide unless it is proven otherwise. It is interesting to speculate though. Also if the gun stock was against something solid like the floor it probably could have caused a strange ejection as that would effect recoil pulse and the bolt opening. Lots of possibilities.
Like I just said, the only way that spent hull could be over there ( assuming Curt did it) is if the orientation of the gun is wrong. Feel free to explain what other circumstances could have resulted in the spent hull being there. Your drawing is supporting my point.Once again if you're open minded I found this cool image that shows where the spent shotgun shell ended up. Certain people were making it sound like it was 20 plus feet away but this is the reality, now tell me the plausibility of it being in the wrong place.

Kirk? There was some documentary about it done around the late 90’s where a dude went around asking people who lived around and knew Kirk. I seem to remember a whole lot of stuff in that doc linking Courtney Love to everything.
