Lead time on ordering pickguard from Suhr

Wondering for people who may have ordered a pickguard from Suhr, how long did it take for you to get it?
I was told when I ordered it to expect about 8 days, but that was 16 days ago. Just wondering what I should expect.
(I have emailed but they are pretty busy I suppose and slow to respond).
