I love it, it's solid and well put together. I wiill be swapping out the electronics at some point but for $356.00 shipped, you can't beat it.
 
I love it. Now I'm gassing for another, but this time it would be a warrior xtreme. I did a quote at a local Jackson dealer for an xtreme warrior and it was around $4k. :cry:

Got my first guitar for xmas as a a kid (mex squier strat) and it was a righty. I'd always air-guitarred lefty prior but was so excited to have a guitar that I practiced like a madman and by time I realized I probably should be playing lefty didn't want to start over. Worked ok for Steve Morse who is another lefty that plays righty though...

That said my Dad is a musician and played in bands in the 70s, he should've known lol.

Youre not the only one Colin, 2 of my friends are Lefty's who play righty. Carl is a lefty who plays righty but the most screwed up thing that Ive ever seen is Eric Gales. I saw an interview where he states that he is a natural Righty but when he first picked up the guitar, his brother insisted that he play a righty guitar lefty without reversing the strings, WTF???? Ill see if I can find it but I believe that he did that interview on the Arsenio Hall show way back when..

I am a lefty playing right handed, I did because it felt best. And right handed guitars are cheaper. :D
 
Interesting thread. Glad to see there are other "daywalkers" out there :)


When I first picked up guitar it seemed to make sense to have the most dexterous fingers on the fretboard, and right handed guitars were far more abundant so I went with that route.

I've been playing a lot of bass lately and find it difficult to finger pick on the right hand. Maybe its time to take up the left handed approach after all...

I've dug out my old jagstang! Loved this guitar as a 17 year old but now I've got to thin the collection! Let me know if anyone fancies it!
 
I'm a lefty playing righty.... pick hand has always been weak, prolly shoulda swapped, too old now LOL
