Im goin on CL right now I gotta see this... why $350 did someone shoot it w/ a 12 guage?

Damn it looks pretty good too... philly blows i hear about all these sweet deals down south and in the midwest all the time... all the good deals around here I get sniped on by my buddy cuz hes more of a gear nut than I am

I got one of my mesa cabs for $250 down here, only because it didn't have any tolex. I put some new tolex on, and it looks good as new

I need to find someone in FL who takes frequent trips to philly and just have them bring me gear on the cheap lol

New Developement... Someone in my area hit me up and offered a Framus Dragon 4x12 loaded w/ V30's for $400. So its the Marshall MF400 w/ G12-K100 or the Framus Dragon w/ V30's? start voting altho I have a feeling I know who's gonna win.

i would go with th m4. heard nothing but great things about those with the gk's.

I would try both cabs with your 5150, and then buy the one that you like better with the 5150.

My vote goes for VHT fatbottom, solid built yet still only 84lbs. Comes with fryette custom eminence p50e's that tame the high end but are tight like that fryette sound.
I agree with this, and so happens I have one in the classifieds unloaded for $285. For the tone your after, its perfect!

Jesus Christ, just spend the money and be done with it!
I used to have this problem, Marshall 1960 A/B, Mesa, Randall,
Orange, I've been through them all....untill I finally bit the bullet
and bought a quality set of cabs and I've never looked back from there.
I have 2 ENGL PRO 4X12 Cabs that absolutely Slay, for everything I
need from Metal to Smooth Jazz to Prog Rock, they just have the
Right Stuff....no upgrades, no wire change, no replaceing the back
Baffle etc......"Bite The Bullet" and be done with it.
ENGL PRO 4X12 FL, Diezel FL, Mills Front loaded cabs.

The recto cab has a bunch more bottom end than the Marshall.
Hey skancka n00b, maybe bottom end isn't the issue. :)

First off... nice RIg... seriously thats killer!!! Second, I would love nothing more than to have the ENGL Pro 412 (my fav sounding cabs i ever heard) but seriously Im used hopping for a reason. I only have moderately nice shit cuz Ive gotten lucky on some trades I don't make ENGL/Diezel money lol.

There is one of those Engl pro Straight cabs down here for $400 :D
