Hey gang, I currently have a tc G-Major, I am not really happy with the sounds I am getting from it? It seems to change the tones, i have tinkered with it to no avail, and no luck? I am looking for that early van halen reverb sound? any Ideas?
thanks!!

EP-3.....  Those are a pain in the ass though...

Do you like Digital or analog? That is the main thing....I personally do not like TC digital sound, even though it is considered great.

Damage Control Glass Nexus is transparent..
has Reverb, chorus, flanger, phaser, univibe and delay whether or not you like the sound of the effects or if the delay is long enough is a different thing though..

Thanks for the ideas guys! Gives me a little direction, as far as digital or analog, the answer is I dont I guess analog
because my rm 50 has spring reverb and i really like that, but my lynch box doesnt, so thats what im trying to find a reverb for,
so I guess I would need to look for a analog reverb? any Ideas on those?
Thanks for the great info!

this is what i use,..the guyatone comes with what looks like a mini marshall head shell,...but can be removed and rack mounted,...it is the best analog/tube spring reverb i have ever heard,..the moog unit is incredible,..every option known and then some are available,..when i gig the guyatone stays home and i use a alesis midi-verb 3,..i have modded it,.(i put the mix nob in an old volume pedal,...pretty much transparent and you can buy them all day for about $50.

wow! I love my 2290...

Man, it so depends on your price range. Digital, lots of choices: Lexicon, Rocktron, TC, Axe Fx even. An Eventide pedal is a good option too.

being fair....I haven't tried the upper esh of TC products....Don't have the cash....I am sure they are great. Eventide stuff sounds good too, but I seem to not like any digital effects on rhythms if playing....Only like analog for that....

Good precessor for cheap? Rocktron Intelifex. But for the $500.00 and up range... Lexicon.

I like my MPX-1 for effects.
Some negitives are that it drops out when changing patches, runs out of processing power when trying to run a bunch of effects at once.
Plus are that build very nice and sounds lush. Has a lot of depth to the sound.

I've got a TCE M350 that's great for simple delay/reverb fx, but if you don't like the TC products you might think about a Lexicon MK200. Both are reasonably priced and will give you what you want.

While, I love my 2290 and my Intellifex, there is nothing that can touch the Roland SDE-2500 in its price range.

TAP TEMPO, midi, FANTASTIC tone, it even works well in series
