Making Stuffed Grapeleaves--what a PITA

So I am 100% Greek, we always have a big Easter celebration with my family and my brother and Cousins every year. None of the gmeek restaurants near me
care to make these anymore (stuffed with meat) in big batches, so I took it upon myself to do it (I'm a very capable cook , but this was a new endeavor for me)
took me 2/12 yours to roll 50 of them and another 2 hours to cook, but they came out awesome, my family is up my ass now to start making them once a week. :)
My mom always had a pot of these in the house when I was growing up and I never really appreciated how much work goes into making these.
I do now..
Tthe sauce cae out great as well, which is very important
