All orders are in a spreadsheet down to the second someone ordered, no change in the line up. Reordering will not affect that.
This is simply a credit card processing problem, not a production problem.

Hey, the customer is always right, so just email me what you want me to do to make you happy, and I'll do my best.
Emails went out on how to reorder etc, this is the first that I've heard I was not clear enough.
