Marshall 4x12 handle replacement?

I have a '83 JCM800 4x12 that just started buzzing. It's the plastic handles. Replace? MacGyver fix of some sort?

The steel handles are great. Buy once, cry once. PM Jim at Scumback. He makes them.

I dont know if Scumback has any left? MGL is having some made. I have had to replace the rivets on some of my old Marshall plastic handles. I just use a t-nut like they used on the metal handles. Just be careful not to crack the plastic as they become brittle over the years.

You can try drilling out the rivets and replacing them with screws and nuts.

I think mojotone has the stock replacement handles , I’d still put screws/washers in instead of the rivets

His are the correct amount of holes. The Mojotone have more.
