Why settle with less, when you can have four? What you really need is two 4x12’s.

Amen.Six is a good number, three full stacks, perfect for a W/D/W rig.![]()
'Setup for more of an American gain sound' and then you immediately list a modded Marshall - the quintessential UK amp.....Hey everyone, quick update. After putting the search on hold due to various reasons. I have spent the past month playing lots of different cabs, favourite one so far was a friends EVH 4x12 with the G12EVHs , sounds really good. I actually preferred this to a 1971 marshall cab with the OG g12m's. Also got to try a current production Marshall with g12m's but it sounded quite congested in the mids compared to the EVH and the 71 cab. Issue at the moment is most places don't have the EVH in stock with a couple months wait. On a side note and completely different to greenbacks, but I have seen a Krank Dime 4x12 with Texas Heats in like new condition , was wondering whether anyone had ever used it played this cab? Seems pretty solid and the speakers seem setup for more of an American gain sound which might be good for my modded Marshall and Soldano
Another option in that similar greenback vein is the vintage modern cab with the G12C. You can find those used for a fair price.Hey everyone, quick update. 500 and it would be gone hereWish people here in Atlanta thought highly of the EVH 4x12. I’be had mine on Craig’s and FB for weeks at $500. In a little while I might just pull the speakers and put them on Reverb and see if there’s something I can do with the empty cab.
