To answer my own question about the Mesa OEM V30s; yes they are the same English made T4416 and 4335 speakers that they've used for years. You can still order them from their website.
I know I saw someone trying to sell a "rare" Mesa 412 here or on TGP stating that they don't use the same speakers but according to MB they do

I actually posted in that FS thread asking why it was "rare." I didn't argue because I didn't want to shit on someone's FS thread. But yes... those speakers aren't rare lol. You can head over to Mesa's website and buy them right now. And they are cheaper than Chinese V30s.

I guess if someone wants to get real technical and count the different ohm load versions, sure, there's more than 3. But generally people refer to the 3 major differences between V30's which are Marshall, Mesa (aka original UK made), and Chinese (regardless of ohm rating). I've never even heard of this Bad Cat version, but Bad Cat has never caught my eye at all.
