Marshall Heritage 80watt?

Anybody know anything about these? A pair is local. All I can find is they were in Marshall combos around 2000 and also in current JVM 2x12’s (paired with a V30).

Pair I’m looking at came from a JCM600 combo. Info on web is all over the place……g12-80, g12-65, 55hz greenback with higher power, etc.

I wouldn't think those would be actual 65s, 80s, etc from the late 70s/early 80s. Probably combo specific and nothing special. If they're cheap enough give em a shot. But, I'd probably want to hear them. Celestion did produce a dog in the M70 so there's always a chance they are crap.

Ooof! I had a jtm 600 2x12 combo back around 2000, and those speakers sucked donkey balls.
Cheap ass Marshall branded Celestions for their cheap ass combos.
They are thin and bright, and I would liken the sound to crumpling newspaper. AVOID!
Not all Celestion speakers are gems.
