Yeah, maybe I'm too harsh...but, it seems whenever Marshall and boost pedal comes up in a thread, Rackman seems to get his undies in a bunch and gets his best 'Ima mock the boosting dudes' face on.

I'm pretty sure he has no idea what a clean boost is, nor has he boosted an amp without the pedal gain on 10.
That's the only explanation that makes sense as to why he thinks a boost pedal makes the amp NOT sound like what it is anymore.

If people want to buy an expensive amp only to sound like a boost pedal, there's nothing other than common sense stopping them. Every time someone has to mod or boost a high gain amp, I get a good laugh at their expense.

I’ve actually found your comments to be quite valuable, the value being the laughter I get from your moronic posts and closed mindedness concerning boosting and amp.
I guess the millions of recordings and players with killer boosted Marshall tones ranging from Shenker to Accept to Slayer to Metallica to Yngwie to Blackmore to every other fucking pro that’s forgotten more then you’ll ever know are misguided fools that you laugh at also, correct?
