Marshall JVM410 mixed with Diezel Herbert clip

Uses a 57 and 609 blend as well . This was recorded live with real drums. This was a sound test . Final recording will be larrry mixed with Hermanson and he’ll razor . But I was not traveling with them until the final recordings at Omni’s . My 8 string is tuned to a D octave lower than drop D . I probably won’t tune this low in final . Or should I ?

Sorry man, missed this. Def heavy as shit lol. Tuning is little low for me but for what it is, I think they blend well. I could see the Herbie carrying more of the bottom end. Actually the Herbie MKI I owned I really like for a bit.

Sounds nice and heavy in the clip, but a touch too low-tuned for my tastes....you should just switch to bass
