Megadeth - Blood in the Water DVD

Really can't stand Broderick's overly smooth tone. There's no bite or great definition in what he's playing. Mustaine's tone is on the soft side too. It really makes me appreciate Marty more, honestly. The "Friedman" solo breaks in Ashes In Your Mouth, which should be a highlight, are dull and unintelligable.

In General I've always found super shredders to have an overly gained out tone with no dynamic to it. I guess it makes legato a breeze and covers up any misteps. Another reason I love Gary Moore's early 80's stuff. No hiding behind a stock strat into a Marshall.
