Goes to show ya' what a songwriter Dave is, I never was wild about his voice, but who am I to talk mostly dug the riffage and solos ... but man, she killed it! (in a good way)

Yes, TV is better than it has ever been. By a long shot.

Shows are better than they ever have been, sure. TV as a service, is a joke. You guys can keep paying for cable, I'll watch the same shows you do, whenever I feel like, for free. A show about Dave Mustaine, one of the biggest douchebags on the planet, won't be one of them.

I just set my parents up with a new service provider for internet and home phone. They were paying around $85 a month for cable, including shit they have never used and didn't even know they had. The "HD" channels look like shit, channel numbers change constantly and are grouped in "number-number" format for some stupid fucking reason. Add $44.50 a month for a completely useless home phone, and another $45 for (terrible) internet service. That is INSANE. I paid less in California for a better internet connection with MORE content than they did in Illinois. Get a good internet connection, drop the shitty cable company and enjoy high quality video whenever you want, instead of when Fox tells you.

Think about how much money could be saved every month without the cable bill. That's a new guitar by the end of the year, easy.

I tried your route dog. The no cable thing. There's always one show missing, no matter what device you choose. This one will have FX, the other device wont. Etc....
Then you have to pay for individual channels. I agree, cable companies SUCK. But I have yet to come across one device that does it all, that doesn't nickel and dime you for every other show you want to watch that has EVERYTHING I watch. And I don't watch sports either.

That's because you're still looking to the same companies to bring you online content as you are on a cable platform. I didn't say to pay for FX via on online subscription instead of on cable. That's no better.

Get a Chromecast for $35, and start streaming content from Stremio and Popcorn Time for free. Get Hulu and Netflix for paid options. Everything I can't find on one of those streaming services, I can download less than an hour after it airs on TV. Put it on a Plex Media Server (again, free) and cast it to the TV. I've been a "cord cutter" since the Xbox 360 came out. Got rid of cable, downloaded everything I wanted to watch and viewed it via a external HD or over my local network. It's even easier now, and still miles ahead of the shit cable has to offer.

Shit, I can watch episodes of new shows BEFORE they air if I feel like it. It's not hard to find.

Sounds like a lot of work to me... I'm a "where's the damn remote?!" and push a button..
I would check out the show just to see.. If it sucks I won't watch again, but it would be funny to see Dave walk in a feed store "Ey theyare bowa.. yew look good in that long hayer and tiit jeans... PPPTT (ting)

But that's what I do as well. It's incredibly easy. For content I have already, I turn my TV on, grab my phone and open up the Plex app, and hit play. YouTube and Twitch.tv, same thing. Open app, pick the video, hit go. Couldn't be easier. If for whatever reason you can't find the show you're looking for, a google search will give you a place to download it. Add it to your media server (Plex in my case), which takes about 10 seconds, and hit play. You can watch whatever you want, for free, at any time (assuming you've got internet access).

K... I was just joking before, but now I will have to look into this. I'm tired of paying DTVs high prices. You can get the movie packages for free for 6 months sometimes, but they don't warn when that is about to expire, and I don't keep track. Next thing I know.. WHAM!! 140+ bill just for TV. Internet is 40 extra for 10mbps.. That's dial up speed compared to a lot of you guys.

I would watch the shit out of this show. Dave is one of my all time heroes, I love his music, his wife is a MILF and his daughter is a rocket. What's there not to like?

This smells of Brooke Hogan. Reality TV has never been good to any family long term.

But I do wish them the best of luck. I love megadeth, and loves me some female country artists. And Dave does know how to write. She seems to have some pipes, and defiantly has the look.
