Mesa 16 ohm V30's?

Anyone purchase 16 ohm Vintage 30's directly from Mesa (supposedly the original English V30 specs) and use them in a Marshall style 4x12?
Results and opinions? Thanks.

In the sound clips, the Mesa V30's sounded darker while the Celestions were more fizzy and out in front.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth paying for the Mesa version rather than grabbing some Hellatone 60's.

thats exactly how my celestion v30 sounds, its not opened like the mesa v30, any idea where i can buy a mesa v30? the celestion v30 isnt too good imo for the really heavy metal stuff, it has this great thrash metal presence though.

I have a ton of both. I like the voiced Mesa V30s way better. They record and punch better imo. YMMV
