Apparently Mesa Boogie likes to be paid for products they deliver to stores and don't like to wait months and months and months for payment. The manufacturers have been propping up GC for a while now. They don't seem to remember what happened to Mars Music and that they all got shafted when that ship sunk.

I wonder if Mesa is now a package deal for larger Gibson dealers. They are steering the ship now, after all.

I have literally never seen a Mesa at a GC at least in the new section. But I live in Charlotte N.C. it's very rare to see any new Mesa Amps anywhere. We have one shop aimed at the TGP kinda guys (lots of PRS, Fender, Suhr but all single coil strats or telecasters no high gain amps etc). They have started carrying Mesas recently.
