Mesa Dual rec Rev F boost options

A Maxon OD808 has more low-end and bit less compression and maybe a touch more clarity than an Ibanez TS808. Either way, I dont think either are transparent at all, but both would sound very close once you drop tons of gain over them, and both work killer with a Recto.

Boss SD-1 also works great with a Recto because it has a touch more bite and a bit less stuffy mids than a more traditional tubescreamer, which the Recto can benefit from, IMO.

Hmmm any clips of the boss? I also came across a SD1 with a ts-808+ mod whats that?

I have not tried those, but would like to.
I love boost pedals. I want to get the new OD808 Killswitch Engage pedal when it comes out.

not sure what they're playing through but it sounds damn good

Sounds great! They both use Laney Ironheart amps. But that overdrive sounds promising!

Oooooh, I want it. A bass boost built into an 808 would be perfect.

Well thats what I might hold out for because of that gain boost for passive guitars lol.
*Sniffle* miss EMGs
