Yes. The Dyne has a lot more bottom than either but less gain....but use a good OD pedal and it gains up nicely. Stiletto has more stock gain but can sound like shit easily if you're not careful with the treble and presence. The Dyne is the one Mesa that you can leave the tone controls at noon and it sounds good, but I bump the mid up. With the Stiletto you have to turn the treble and presence down or you can loose your fillings but after some tweaking on some Greenbacks it can sound good.
If I were playing VH I might pick Stiletto. Heavier stuff I'd pick Dyne but it has to be boosted with a good OD pedal.
