Tech/death with killer songwriting. The tune is very catchy and the riffs are completely sick.

Riff at 1:56 = face pounding

Been a fan since a couple records ago but this one far exceeds them in songwriting and especially production. Ob(servant) was killer but the production made it hard for me to listen to.

I can't wait foe SoP as well. Cabinet is my all time favorite tech/death album.

I love metal....I just never check out new stuff. Guess I am lazy?
Usually my Drummer turns me on to the new stuff thats out there. I really dont listen to much music these days.
But when I do....its really brutal stuff....or some classic rock. Got pretty sick of the hair metal the last year or so.
Just phases I go thru I guess. I still crank out some old Malevolent Creation on a regular basis.

Oh, man. There re like 3 of us on this forum that get this kind of music. Man, that hurts.

DLR left VH when I was in elementary school. Even though I am 38, I have moved waaaay on musically since those days. Not trying to relive the 80s in any way like sooooo many here.

I love psycroptic! I like the new vocalist a lot better than the old guy. In the making of vids, the haley bros. Said they wanted more groove in the new one, and I think they succeeded. Still tech, but more accessible. Joe plays fanned fret guitars now, too.
