Here's an interesting clip - This is a mid 90s VHT 2530 model loaded with UK V30s vs a rear loaded Bogner Uber loaded with v30s / creambacks

Both sound great. I think the Bogner cab has a little more snarl to it, but the VHT cab seems more balanced. I'd take either one.
In that room the vht sounds and feels definitely more focused and tight while the bogner sounds more massive. I love both and I need to compare the Splawn with those two asap

Nice clips. I use a 2530 with my c+ as well. It's a badass cabinet. I am thinking of changing the greenbacks out for some old t75s to get closer to that MOP tone though.

Nice playing!

Already been said both sound great but I think the Bogner just sounds bigger
Yeah it does sound louder than my Splawn too. It sounds massive but the vht is more tight and focused

Nice! Is urs a D serial?

Been searching for a Fatbottom cab. What are your thoughts on the Fanes or P50e compared to it loaded with V30’s?

Right/Left pan? Both sound killer.

Bog has a tad bigger sack going in the Mustaine sense of the word.

Celestions want to be rear loaded. Paul Rivera put that in his M/S series manual!

Throw some T-4416 Mesas in that VHT to get it right unless the UK’s are pre ‘92 or whenever Celestion made the switch.

Haven't tried P50E's since I only heard bad things, but have had Fane's (F90's & vintage Crescendo's) and V30's in the same cabs (but only V30's in my Fatbottom). The Fane's I've had have deeper, more extended lows and move more air, but they have a very flat, smooth midrange and sound kinda bland vs V30's and Celestion's in general. Because of that I generally like having Fane's on the bottom row in my cabs for thump and something with more exciting tone on top

Hearing the few comparison clips available that was sort of the impression I got as well. Thanks for that description.
