Mixing speakers in a 2X12 or 4X12 is ok, but.....

I used to run a Tone Tubby H-Bomb setup in and Earcandy Buzzbomb 2x12 with a Fender Bandmaster 2x12 with V30’s as a 4x12.

Alnico TT got the mic every time as the other guitarist had a Marshall 4x12 with V30’s.

16 ohm Marshall Vintage 30, paper and ceramic vs 8 ohm Tone Tubby hemp and Alnico…perfect mix. People got wide eyed and slack jawed at the sound. ‘Twas YUGE!

I hate mixing speakers.
I kinda do too. I tried mixing t-75's with V30's in a cab and liked it for a while, but it doesn't seem as in your face sounding and direct as all V30's. It just sounds weird to me, especially when up close to the cab.

the only speaker i MIGHT mix with is an EV 12l, but other than that, i'm not a fan of mixing speakers in a cab either. Tried it many times over the years and always went back to all of one thing.

Mic up whatever will cut best in the mix, that will usually be a V30. Anything else is going to leave too much in the hands of the FOH guy.
If you have a great FOH guy you will know very quickly, if you don't you will find him getting wrapped around the axles on stuff that dosent translate. If you have your own FOH guy you can likely work out exactly what you want beforehand to save time. Timeframes before soundchecks
have a weird way of evaporating if there are problems
