  Which one?  My old K100 was the perfect marriage of Fender/Marshall.  My TBR5 can put me through a wall Marty McFly style.  Maybe you were playing an M60 or something older.

I'll admit I'm less than impressed with the K-Tre. It's more of a "modern" sounding head. It was in the running for a bit when I was still deciding between head/rack. I don't think I like E34L's. You really have to work to get rid of that scooped sound with the Tre. I mean you have to figure this was based around Mick Thompson's specs. I fucking HATE that guys tone. The older Knuckleheads are hands down some of the best amps I've played.

  Well looks like we agree to disagree here.  I could only get 2 of the channels on the JVM dialed in.  I'm so glad I decided to go rack.  I think I would have been disappointed in some way with a head no matter what.  Best of all worlds now.
